Foolprof recipe. It can't possibly go wrong 🙃
Ingredients: 500g Strong White Flour
2 tbsp Vegan Butter
1 tsp salt
1 sachet (7g) bread yeast
Mix all the ingredient thoroughly together until it forms a dough and leave it to rise at room temperature for 1 hour. Then, punch the dough for one minute to take the excess air bubbles out of the dough and reduce stress. Shape the dough in buns and top them with the pumpkin seeds, place them in their trays and leave them to rise for another 30 minutes. After the time is up, pop them in a pre-heated oven at maximum heat for 12 minutes until they are golden brown.
If you lightly knock on the buns with your knuckle they should sound hollow.
