If you want to make this for dinner make the dough in the morning or in the night before. This recipe makes 4 of these 20cm flat breads 🤤
Ingredients: 3 cups All purpose flour
1.5 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Active dry yeast
1.5 cups water Process: Mix all the ingredients until it forms a rough dough. Put 1/4 of the dough in a hot frying pan and spread it out. Cover it and put it on the stove at high heat for 5 minutes to cook the base. Then, put it under a maximum temperature preheated grill for another 5 minutes. Finish it off by adding your favourite toppings. I usually use, chilli oil, paprika, garlic powder and mixed herbs. It tastes just like garlic bread! 🤤
And you're done!
